Application Documents
To apply for GUDTP Placement Support, students need to complete and sign the following two forms and e-mail them to placements.gudtp@scosci.ox.ac.uk alongside any supporting documents.
Placement Project Plan To be completed by the student in collaboration with the host and signed by both.
Placement Application Form To be completed by the student alone.
Incomplete applications will remain under review until all supporting documents are submitted.
All students need to submit their Departmental Risk Assessment Approval.
Students applying for GUDTP funding towards their additional costs will also need to submit cost estimates and comparisons in the form of attachments.
We request applications to be submitted at least three months before the proposed start date.
We will contact your academic supervisor indepedently to confirm their support of your application.
